Pink Ribbon

Breast cancer is a major killer of women in Malaysia. Prevention is better than cure.

To help spread knowledge on early detection of breast cancer, Wacoal has been carrying out Pink Ribbon activities in the month of October every year.

Breast Self Examination (BSE)

Have you done your BSE this month?

Breast awareness means getting to know your breasts – how they normally look and feel, e.g. are they the same size, are the nipples similar or different. Sometimes one breast is different from the other, that is why we suggest that you know your breast well so that any changes can be noted by you.

Do BSE regularly once a month between the 7 and 10 day from the start of your menstrual period.

If you no longer menstruate, do BSE on fixed date each month e.g. on the 1st day of each month. If you notice any changes in your breast that is unusual, consult a doctor.

If you do not, you may worry unnecessarily.

Bra Recycling Campaign

Ladies are always struggling in how to handle your old bras. Let’s do not send them to landfill again in protecting our Earth! Just send any unwanted bra to us during our annual Bra Recycling Campaign, because we are responsible through the life of our product, ie, YOUR BRA!

If you have any bra that is crumpled, lost of elasticity, wire out of shape or for any other reason. Just bring it to us and we will send it to processing centre to turn it into green fuel! Worry not, we accept any brand, any size, any bra.
