Wacoal Malaysia priorities easy online shopping experience through Wacoal Official Store. Should you need to return your purchased merchandise for refund or an exchange with a valid reason, please click Contact Us to inform Wacoal Malaysia Customer Care team to assist you in this matter.
Strictly no return and exchange for panty, girdle and shorts due to hygiene purposes.
Defective / Damaged Merchandise
Wacoal Malaysia uphold all Merchandise to the highest standard of quality; in Boutiques, Counter in Departmental Stores, as well as Merchandise purchased via Online. With a proper managing and care, our Merchandise able to outlast its shelf life.
If the Merchandise received is in defective mode or damage as a result of manufacturing fault, Wacoal Malaysia undertakes to exchange of any defective Merchandise
Wacoal Malaysia reserves the right not to accept exchange for the following:
- Purchased from a source other than Wacoal Official Store on www.wacoal.com.my.
- Damage due to abuse or negligence such as exposure to chemicals, high heat, sharp object, etc.
- Damage by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
Wacoal Malaysia emphasises on proper procedure in managing each of incoming orders to delivery, by doing so able to minimise mistake and/or wrong merchandise to the Customer. However, throughout the process, there may some unforeseen circumstances that may create such an unwanted hassle.
- Size does not match with the Order.
- Colour does not match with the Order.
- Receiving different Merchandise.
Terms & Conditions
Wacoal Malaysia undertakes Return Policy within 14 days upon confirmation of parcel received:
- Enquire with Order Number to expedite sorting out of Order process.
- Returned Merchandise must have tags intact and must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of tear or wear.
- The Purchaser is required to return the Merchandise at own cost, Wacoal Malaysia will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
- Refund will be made based on the paid price of the Merchandise returned. Delivery charges paid are not refundable. Or if there is any duplicate order (if any). Any Promotional Discount (Promo Code) that has been applied will not be refunded.
- Please allow up to 3 working days to Wacoal Malaysia to review, verify, and process the refund or exchange request.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited back into the Purchaser’s original mode of purchase.
Wacoal Malaysia reserves the rights to reject a refund or exchange requested for returned Merchandise that does not comply with above terms and conditions.
Wacoal Malaysia also reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised Terms & Conditions shall be posted on Wacoal Official Store on www.wacoal.com.my immediately.
